The system of reimbursement for service of Queen Tender
Care will be a fee for service or any other system that is
appropriate with the economical situation of the patient.
Queen Tender Care will use a rate fee for service system. The
rate per unit of service will be determined by the level of care
and need of the clients. It will go from one hour to 24 hours
depending on the direct care, supervision and assistance
provided to the clients.
We will use the employment process to recruit human
resources, and we will charge a rate based fee for our
services to who it may concern on behalf of the patient. The
staff payroll and resources are completely dependent on the
revenues generated for the care of the clients, patients,
and/or consumers.
