Policy
We are a legally constituted organization. Our kind and professional Caregivers have
many and many years of experience in caring for people in their home. We are
accountable for the service we provide. And we make sure that our homemakers, home
health aides or/and caregivers adhere to our policy and respect our mission and goals.  
A Criminal history background check must be satisfied on all our employees and/or
cargivers. In addition, We are an equal opportunity employer, dedicated to a policy of

We are in the compliance with the tax law. We have a long range budget. Our
accounting book is well maintained. We are fully insured. Our human ressources
department is fairly manage. Our Caregivers are trained, certified, experienced and
competants. We are a responsible employer. We pay social security tax, workers'
compensation insurance, unemployement compensation, and withholding taxes.

We have three level of home care aide or caregivers.
Home Care aide I, II, III. IN
addtion of the 76 hours formation that each care givers recieve before they can start
employment at QUEEN TENDER CARE, We require and we provide respectively
additional basic generic training before placement in the home:
  •        Home care aide I - 16 hours of basic generic training before placement in
    the home, and 24 hours of training within the first six months of employment
    including the areas of understanding and working with various client populations,
    plus 6 hours of annual in-service.         NEXT
